Q: Will I need to reprogram my unit?

A: NO, we do not change the programming so your unit will be the same after the repair.

Q: Can you ship it back faster?

A: Yes, but only if you include your own pre-paid shipping label. We ship back UPS ground or USPS Postal. Return Shipping time is 2-3 days.

Q: Are you open Saturday or Sunday for Service, or to Receive pacakges?
