PLEASE READ AND BECOME EDUCATED WITH YOUR FICM BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!!

FRIENDS, WE WANT TO HELP YOU BUT PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING US THAT YOUR REBUILD DID NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM!!!!!

WE ARE REPAIRING YOUR FICM. IT WILL BE TESTED AND RAN ON OUR 2006 F350 BEFORE WE SHIP IT BACK TO YOU. IF IT WILL RUN ON OUR TRUCK, IT WILL RUN ON YOURS. IF IT DOES NOT RUN OUR TRUCK, IT IS NOT FIXABLE AND YOU WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS RETURN SHIPPING

WE HAVE IT 100% FIXED OR, NOT FIXED AND YOU ARE REFUNDED. PERIOD!!!

EVERY FICM EVER SENT BACK WAS FOUND 100% WORKING

OR 100% BURNED DUE TO ANOTHER ISSUE!

IN SHORT: IF YOU ARE SENDING US YOUR FICM GUESSING THAT IT WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM OR PROBLEMS, REST ASSURED IT IS NOT YOUR FICM IT IS SOMETHING ELSE!!!

ARE YOU FINDING OUT YOUR FICM Rebuild DOES NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM? WE ARE A ELECTRONIC REPAIR SHOP, WE ARE NOT A DIESEL REPAIR SHOP. THERE ARE DOZENS OF SCENARIOS THAT CAN CAUSE YOUR ISSUES. Without A DIESEL REPAIR TECHNICIAN CONFIRMING YOUR FAILURE,
WE CAN'T HELP DIAGNOSE YOUR ISSUE.

Remember how much fun it was to remove you FICM and then wait to have it repaired. Just Imagine the joy you will feel when you re install it to find out... WTF?? It doesn't WORK?! @%!$

Saving 5-15 bucks by purchasing a FICM service by a company that does not test the unit after rebuild is asking for a headache!!!
Read their feed back and see how "MIFFED OFF" those poor people were after their 50.00 rebuild didn't work!!! And don't ask us to do a 58 volt upgrade unless you like to replace your FICM in a few years or less.
58 Volt conversions WILL burn your units factory circuit board to a point of un-repairable doorstop!!

WANT PERFORMANCE?
THEN FLASH YOUR REBUILD 48 Volt Stock FICM WITH A TUNER
BUT, HOLY HEAD STUDS! DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST!!!

FYI: Without A FLASH TUNE
VOLTAGE UPGRADES ALONE DO NOT INCREASE PERFORMANCE!!!
PERIOD!!!

DYNO'ED MY OWN TRUCK WITH ONE TO PROVE IT!!

Nay Sayers to 58 volt upgrades - This is a fact!!!
I will send you a dozen photos of 58 volt doorstops in my collection of poor suckers that had to drop 600.00 on a NEW unit due to 58 volt Up Grenades!!!

WHY ONLY 5 Year warranty?

when others give a lifetime?

FICMS have a LIFE SPAN OF 3-5 years, YOUR FICM has components like capacitors.
Since the electrolyte capacitors evaporate the dielectric grease with in them (these are used the FICM) the FICM design life is not infinite, it is rated in hours at a set temperature, for set period of time of roughly 3000-4000 hours at 105 °C (EXAMPLE 200 Hrs = 5000 miles), which is one of many reasons why they fail so often.

Besides is the other guy going to be here to warranty your FICM in 5 years?
FYI: we have had only 3 failures out of thousands FICM'S we have repaired.
Things break - we fix them! We aren't perfect, but are working on it!!

Unlike other people, We
Test Run Every Unit Out On our own 2006 F350 With our custom built "TEST HARNESS" before we ship it back to you to ensure
it works on install!
No one else on the internet claims to test your FICM like us!

Other Say "We Bench Test your unit"

B.S. , that is a LIE!

AS a former Ford Truck T.E.E. (Truck Engine Engineering) Prototype Tech from Dearborn MI , There is no such thing as BENCH TESTING a FICM unless your INTERNATIONAL or FORD, and have the 900K test bench to stress test with injector load.

Having trouble with your Ford 6.0 diesel?

Slow or no starts? Excessive Black Smoke?
MPG's in the Toilet?

You may also have a P0611 code to boot!

How to test FICM first to see if it is the culprit before you send it in for rebuild:

On top of the FICM you will see a rectangular plate with 2 screws.  Remove them and pull the plate off careful not to rip the gasket on the plate. To test unit use a volt meter and ONLY touch the torx screw closest to the driver side to ground, Specification is 45 volts or above, if the voltage is less than 45 volts, Your FICM needs this repair service.

This is a repair service for your Ford Super Duty 6.0L fuel injection control module for a no start / rough start condition or the P0611 error code.  This error code can also trigger low voltage on the injectors causing the P0261, P0264, P0267, P0270, P0273, P0276, P0279 & P0282 code.

Unlike other people claiming to rebuild and test your FICM, We
